Viewing Sell Approvals Pending

To view your transactions pending seller approval, log in with your User Name and password, and then select Sell > Pending Approvals from the menu or click the Sell Approvals Pending statement in the Message Center.

The Sell Approvals Pending window lists all the transactions pending Seller approval.

To find a specific line item on the Sell Approvals Pending screen, you can search for information with the Find function located at the top of the screen or you can sort by column.

• To search for a particular line item, enter the word(s) or number(s) you wish to find and select the column from the drop-down list; then click the "go" button.
  

  The window refreshes and displays only the results of your search. To view all your Sell Approvals Pending again, click the link that says, "... to view all your sell approvals pending, click here," or click the item about Sell Approvals Pending in the Message Center.

• To sort by column, click any column heading that looks like a hyperlink. For example, the Item# column can be sorted in ascending or descending order.
