Taking Action on Sell Approvals Pending

For each line item, take these steps:

1. Select a choice from the Action drop-down list:
   
   • No action: The transaction autocancels after 28 calendar days.
   • Accept: The transaction closes and the Buyer is notified of the Seller's acceptance.
   • Decline: The transaction closes and the Buyer is notified of the Seller's action.
2. Add comments (required if you decline an offer).

   To view any comments entered previously about this line item, click the magnifying glass icon in the Comments field.

   

3. When you have finished, click the Submit button.

After you click the Submit button, the following occurs:

• The transactions accepted by the Seller close, and the Buyers are notified of their acceptance by e-mail.
• The transactions declined by the Seller close, and the Buyers are notified by e-mail.
• Offers neither accepted nor declined within 28 days of the date of initiation autocancel; the Buyers are notified of the autocancellation at that time.
