Submitting Buy Offers

With respect to each line item for which you would like to make an offer, do the following:

1. Enter a Buy Qty.
2. Enter an Offer Price.
3. Add Comments (not required).

You can undo all your changes by clicking the Undo All Changes button, if you have not yet clicked the Submit My Offers button.

When you are finished making changes, click the Submit My Offers button.

Clicking the Submit My Offers button gives rise to the following:

• A transaction ID is created in PartBridge.com and the line item becomes visible to the Seller at the Seller Pending Approval window, where the Seller can accept or decline the Buyer's offer.
• The Seller receives e-mail notification after the Buyer submits the offer.
• An offer on which the Seller takes no action autocancels 28 calendar days after the offer was submitted.
• The line item in the Postings [My Excess] screen that created the Buy Opportunity can not be edited or closed until the offer is accepted, declined or autocanceled.
