Viewing Buy Postings
To view your existing postings, log in with your user name and password, and then select Buy > Postings -- My Shortages from the menu or click the Shortage (Buy) Postings item in the Message Center.
The Postings [My Shortages] window shows all your postings of shortages.
To find a specific line item on the Postings screen, you can search for information with the Find function located at the top of the screen or you can sort by column heading.
- To search for a particular line item, enter the word(s) or number(s) you wish to find and select the column from the drop-down list; then click the "go" button.
The window refreshes and displays only the results of your search. To view all your postings again, click the link that says, "to see all your postings, click here," or click the line about Buyer Postings (Shortage) in the Message Center.
- To sort by column, click any column heading that looks like a hyperlink. For example, the Item# column can be sorted in ascending or descending order.
- View Details: Click the Details icon
to open a new window with other information about the line item, such as Equipment Location, Serial #, Active Asset #, and Comments.
You can edit the fields in this window. To save your changes, click Update My Posting. When you see the confirmation message, click Done to return to the Postings window.
