Editing Buy Postings

You can take these actions with regard to each line item:

• Edit various fields: Most of the fields on the Postings screen are editable. Click the field and replace the existing data with new data.

• Undo: Click the line-level Undo button to return the line to the way it was before you started editing--if you haven't yet clicked the Update My Postings button. (Once you have clicked Update My Postings, previous revisions have been accepted and cannot be undone.)

• Details: Click the Details icon to view and edit Equipment Location, Serial #, Active Asset #, and Comments. To change any of the data, type new date in the appropriate field, then click the Update My Postings button.

• Close checkbox: Click the "line-level" Close checkbox to close the item.

The Postings window also has these buttons:

• Undo All Changes -- Click the page-level Undo button to undo all changes you have made in the window, as long as you have not yet clicked the Update My Postings button.
• Close All My Postings -- Closes all the postings at once without requiring you to check all the "line-level" Close checkboxes.
• Add A Posting -- opens a window in which you can add a single line item to your existing postings.

When you are finished with your changes, click the Update My Postings button to save any changes.
