Creating Reports

A report is a summary of data that displays the report elements you choose and is defined by the report filters you select. You can create three kinds of custom reports: Postings, Opportunities, and Transactions.

• Postings: Shows the Buy and/or Sell postings by the company you select. You can create a report about your postings for your own company. Depending upon visibility rules established for your company and other companies, you may also be able to create reports about postings by other users at your own company and/or at other companies.
• Opportunities: Shows information about the Buy and/or Sell Opportunities on PartBridge.com for your company that involve you as the Buyer or Seller.
• Transactions: Shows information about Buy and/or Sell transactions for your company and that include you as the Buyer or Seller that have proceeded at least to the step in which the Buyer submits an offer to the Seller.

Note: Certain managerial users, known as "superusers," have the ability to create reports about postings, opportunities and transactions by all the registered users in the superuser's company.
