Using Memorized Reports


To view your list of Memorized Reports, select Reports > Memorized Reports from the PartBridge.com menu.

To run a Memorized Report, follow these steps:

  1. For the report you would like to run, enter a date range -- type or use the calendar buttons.

    Note: You can not define a date range for a Memorized Report that is based upon a report that had no date range.

  2. Click the Run Report button. The report is generated and displayed.

To change the name of a Memorized Report, follow these steps:

  1. Click the pencil icon.
  2. Type the new name in the Explorer User Prompt, then click OK. The Memorized Reports list refreshes, and displays the report with its new name.

To delete a Memorized Report, follow these steps:

  1. Click the trash can icon.
  2. In the "Are you sure..." box, click OK. The Memorized Reports list refreshes, and the report you deleted is no longer displayed.
